A Program for Executive Managers
These programs are available to the general public by registering through one of the sponsoring agencies (see dates & places and sponsor links).
These comprehensive, residential programs vary in length from 3.5 to 5 days. A 3.5 day program typically begins Sunday evening at 5:30 p.m. and concludes Wednesday at 4:00 p.m. Evening activities include assignments and opportunities for attitude adjustment and dialogue with fellow attendees. Daily sessions run from 8:30 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Emphasis is placed on interactive practice, diagnosis and sharing.
The instructor also stays in residence and provides some attention, as requested, to personal coaching, feedback and counsel. The instructor encourages participants to add their own topics or questions of interest to the curriculum (registrants receive a detailed curriculum of the topics to be examined). Attendees receive substantial program resource materials and are expected to complete assignments and pre-readings of relevance prior to arrival.
